Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the permitted and prohibited uses of AQUANExT™, including its competition management systems, mobile timing applications, APIs, synchronization engines, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Permitted Use

Users may access and use AQUANExT™ solely for legitimate competition management and authorized event operations.

Use must comply with applicable laws and the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Technical Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of AQUANExT™
Attempting to access source code or backend logic
Reconstructing system architecture from observable outputs
Extracting database structures or workflow sequencing
Cloning or replicating synchronization mechanisms
Copying ranking algorithms or automation logic
Bypassing authentication or authorization controls
Interfering with mobile-to-server timing submissions
Submitting falsified or manipulated competition data

3. API & Data Usage Restrictions

Users may not:

Scrape structured competition data
Deploy automated bots against dashboards
Mirror live results without authorization
Harvest participant information
Use automated scripts to overload endpoints

4. Anti-Cloning & Commercial Imitation

Any attempt to replicate, imitate, commercially reproduce, or create derivative systems based on AQUANExT™ architecture, mobile synchronization logic, ranking computation, or workflow sequencing is strictly prohibited.

Superficial modification of replicated structures shall not avoid liability for infringement.

5. Security Testing Prohibition

Unauthorized vulnerability testing, penetration testing, or security analysis of AQUANExT™ systems is prohibited without prior written authorization.

6. Misrepresentation & Fraud

Users may not:

Impersonate competition officials
Manipulate ranking data
Submit fraudulent timing entries
Use the Platform for deceptive practices

7. Enforcement & Suspension

AQUANExT™ reserves the right to:

Monitor system activity
Log suspicious behavior
Restrict or terminate access without notice
Pursue civil, criminal, and equitable remedies

8. Injunctive Relief

Unauthorized system cloning, architectural replication, or synchronization model imitation may result in immediate legal action, including injunctive relief from the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

9. Jurisdiction

This Acceptable Use Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
