AQUANExT™ is a proprietary sports competition automation and live synchronization platform. This Intellectual Property Policy defines ownership and protection of all platform components, including software systems, architecture, workflows, and related assets.
All rights, title, and interest in and to AQUANExT™, including but not limited to:
are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of AQUANExT™.
The structural organization, sequence, and arrangement of AQUANExT™ systems constitute proprietary intellectual property.
Unauthorized copying, imitation, reverse engineering, reconstruction, or derivative development of:
may constitute copyright infringement, breach of contract, and unfair competition under applicable law.
AQUANExT™ is a proprietary trademark used in connection with competition automation and live sports management services.
Unauthorized use of confusingly similar marks, names, or branding in relation to sports technology or competition management services is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to replicate, clone, commercially imitate, or reproduce the functional structure or operational logic of AQUANExT™, including its mobile-to-server synchronization model, shall be considered unauthorized and unlawful.
This prohibition applies even if superficial modifications are introduced to mask similarity.
Certain aspects of AQUANExT™ architecture, including synchronization algorithms, validation mechanisms, and security controls, constitute confidential trade secrets.
Access to such systems does not grant any right to extract, analyze, or reuse proprietary logic.
All rights not expressly granted under the Terms of Service are reserved by AQUANExT™.
AQUANExT™ reserves the right to pursue all available civil, criminal, and equitable remedies in the event of:
The parties acknowledge that monetary damages alone may be insufficient to remedy intellectual property violations.
Accordingly, AQUANExT™ shall be entitled to seek immediate injunctive or equitable relief from the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
This Intellectual Property Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes relating to intellectual property rights shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
