All payments made through AQUANExT™ are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise by the respective event organizer.
Once a registration is successfully submitted and payment is processed, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

In the event that a competition is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the organizer, refund decisions shall be governed solely by the organizer's policies.
AQUANExT™ shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such modifications.
Payment gateway or transaction processing charges, if any, are non-refundable under all circumstances.
In cases of verified duplicate transactions caused by technical error, correction may be initiated after internal verification.
Such corrections shall be limited strictly to duplicate payment amounts and shall not constitute a general refund policy.
