All payments made through AQUANExT are final and non-refundable.

• Registration or event entry fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• In the event of cancellation or disqualification, AQUANExT is not obligated to return any part of the fee.
• Participants are advised to verify all details and eligibility before submitting payment.

For payment issues, you may still contact us at billing@aquanext.in, though refunds will not be provided.
